Artifacts
One-off HTML reports and deep-dives Sundial's agents create, ready to share or download.
Agents can create one-off HTML Artifacts as standalone reports or deep-dives. Ask the Analysis Agent a question and it can produce a written analysis, a metric-change breakdown, a funnel, or another deep-dive as a self-contained Artifact.
Artifacts will show up in your Library, and can be downloaded to your computer as HTML or PDF files. You can also share a single Artifact on its own; see Shared conversations.
Data Source Lens
The Data Source Lens can be toggled on to show references next to each number and chart on the Artifact. You can check these references to see exactly how those numbers were generated, tracing each value back to its source: a governed metric from the semantic layer, or the query the agent ran.
Artifact or App?
- Artifact: a one-off, ad-hoc analysis you want to snapshot and share.
- App: metrics or numbers you'll track regularly on an always-live dashboard.
The deep analyses behind many Artifacts are structured by Playbooks. Whichever you build, it lands in your Library, ready to favorite, version, and share.
